Why not just wear a paper or cloth mask?

Will it fit over glasses or a beard?

How long do the filters last?
Sealed in foil they store for years. In use, replace them when breathing feels harder, or after a heavy smoke event.
How do I clean it?
Remove the filters, wash the mask in warm soapy water, air dry. Do not get the filters wet.
