Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods processing can take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to show its first scan. You can also check your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimates below are after processing and exclude weekends and holidays.
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- Canada: 6 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
We do everything we can to ship on time, but we cannot control carrier delays, weather, or customs processing once a package has left us.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@outlastprep.com right away. We can update the address up until the order ships. We cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us within 7 days. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced at no cost. For orders without it, we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to get a replacement out.
