Refund Policy

We want you to trust the gear you keep for your family. If an Outlast Prep product does not earn that trust, we will make it right.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Set it up, test it, put it in your kit. If it is not right for you, email us within 90 days and we will refund your purchase in full to your original payment method.

To start a return, email support@outlastprep.com with your order number and a short note on what did not work. We reply within one business day with instructions.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Outlast Prep product carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a part fails under normal use, email us a photo and your order number and we will replace it at no cost.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, freezing a wet filter, or normal wear of consumable parts such as filter cartridges past their rated capacity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@outlastprep.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the 90-day guarantee above.
